About our role

The Workshop Controller role will see you work Monday to Friday at our workshop in Te Rapa, Hamilton.  You’ll be the vital link between Service Advisors and Technicians. Based in Te Rapa, Hamilton, this role involves managing and prioritising workshop jobs to ensure productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a talented team and play a key part in driving the success of our busy service department. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Liaise between Service Advisors and Technicians to manage priorities and status updates.
• Maximise productivity and workshop throughput while ensuring quality standards. 
• Ensure timely, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery.

Skills & Experience

• A current clean full NZ Driver's Licence
• Ability to multi-task & cope under pressure situations
• Team leader/Foreman/Senior technical experience advantageous
• Currently living in New Zealand and hold a valid work visa
• Friendly communicator with good English language skills and a high level of personal integrity.
