Vehicle Sales Consultant – Nissan & Chery Glenfield

You're a people person who genuinely enjoys helping customers make big decisions. You're confident, self-motivated, and you know how to build relationships that last beyond the sale. Whether you're coming from a dealership background or you've built strong sales skills somewhere else, if cars are your passion and customers are your strength, we want to hear from you.

The role

Based at our Nissan and Chery dealership in Glenfield, you'll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering a great experience every time. You'll work rostered days Monday to Sunday, between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm, with real support behind you and real earning potential in front of you.

Day to day, you'll be:

• Welcoming customers and guiding them through the full sales process
• Presenting, demonstrating, and test-driving new and used vehicles
• Building and maintaining relationships with both retail and business customers
• Prospecting and growing your own pipeline through cold calling and lead generation
• Managing your CRM for follow-up and repeat business
• Preparing and negotiating sales quotes and contracts
• Hitting and exceeding your sales targets
• Conducting trade-in appraisals alongside management
• Keeping your display stock presented to brand standards

What you'll bring

• A proven track record in sales (automotive experience is a bonus, not a must)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The drive to manage your own performance and results
• A current NZ driver's licence
• The right to work in New Zealand
