About our role

Are you an experienced parts adviser? 

Join us as a Trade Parts Specialist, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at our Hamilton dealership. As a Trade Parts Specialist, your primary objective is to drive and expand our existing parts trader customer base. We're searching for a motivated individual to elevate our parts trade business to new heights.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive and expand on current parts trader customers. 
  • Meet dealers and exceed dealer KPIs for parts trader sales.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to maximise repeat business from customer retention.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by accurately receiving and recording parts sales information.
  • Utilise the Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) to locate part numbers.
  • Answering questions and fulfilling part orders for our trade customers.
  • Stay up-to-date and current with all training offered by our distributors.


Skills & Experience

  • A current clean full Driver's Licence.
  • Parts experience at a dealership or aftermarket parts experience is ideal.
  • Proficient understanding of industry software systems and practices including Parts Trader and Repair Connection.
  • Problem solver, ability to think outside the box when things don’t go to plan.
  • Proven experience handling multiple priorities.
  • Significant experience in retail automotive parts operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive parts trade market.
  • Experience using in-house computer systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to function under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and personal integrity.
