SERVICE ADVISOR SUPERSTAR

Ingham Prestige and Mitsubishi is currently looking for a dynamic individual with strong multitasking abilities to deal with high volumes of customer demands and join our team as a Service Advisor.
The sole purpose of this role is to provide a high level of customer service to our customers in our aftersales department.
The key elements and tasks for this role are:
- Supporting other departments and remaining cohesive at all times
- Liaising with the workshop and technical team regarding repairs required on vehicles
- Quoting and invoicing repairs quickly and accurately for the customers
- Following instructions and adhering to strict manufacturer guidelines
- Being flexible and adaptable to change through-out the daily fluctuations of the department
- Maximising profitability and upsell opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining effective customer relationships to maximise repeat business from customer retention.
- An immaculate presentation and manner
- A genuine and compassionate approach
- A team player
- Have a positive and can-do attitude
- Strong passion for genuine customer service and experience.
- An excellent written and verbal communication of English

Previous experience or an automotive background can be advantageous however all candidates will be considered based on the traits required.
