About our role

The Parts Manager position will see you manage an innovative and customer-focused parts team based in Hamilton at our Ingham Prestige and Ingham Mitsubishi dealership. As the Parts Manager, you are responsible for the organisation, control, and efficiency of the entire Parts department. Also attaining the set procurement, sales and profit targets, in this position you are responsible for the availability of parts, a high level of customer care, and active sales of parts and accessories.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining all logistical structures and processes, taking into account statutory requirements, specifications and standards 
• Contribute considerably to a high level of customer satisfaction as well as to customer acquisition and retention. 
• Promoting our company philosophy & products to the highest standard
• Create and maintain a team culture of providing industry-leading customer service
• Effectively and efficiently achieve all set internal and manufacturer targets
• Create and maintain a team culture of providing industry-leading customer service

 

Skills & Experience

• Have considerable experience in the Parts operations of a retail automotive business.
• Demonstrating detailed knowledge of the automotive parts trade market.
• Have a successful track record of management and leadership of a team, including the recruitment and training of team members.
• Currently living in New Zealand and holding a valid work visa
