We’re seeking a Parts Advisor with proven experience in automotive parts who excels in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is eager to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, both behind the scenes and at the counter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Being the go-to expert for Nissan and Chery parts and accessories, from walk-ins to phone inquiries.
• Working closely with our workshop team to ensure the right parts are in the right hands at the right time.
• Building lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business and satisfaction.
• Managing stock efficiently and using tools like EPC to find exactly what’s needed.
• Keeping up with the latest product training - because knowledge is power.
• Supporting both retail customers and service staff with friendly, reliable, and expert advice.

You’ll Fit Right In If You Have:

• A clean full driver’s licence and a knack for staying organised.
• Solid experience in automotive parts operations – you know your stuff!
• A strong understanding of trade markets and parts cataloguing systems.
• Confidence in using industry software and managing multiple priorities.
• Great communication skills and a proactive, team-first attitude.
