Ingham Hamilton is a busy multi-franchise dealership on Te Rapa Road, home to Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, Isuzu, Mitsubishi and Chery. We're looking for a Parts Advisor to join our parts team and keep our customers and workshop moving.

What you'll be doing

• Serving retail, trade and workshop customers over the counter and by phone
• Identifying and quoting parts using manufacturer catalogues and systems
• Processing orders, invoicing and stock receipting
• Supporting our technicians to keep jobs on track
• Helping with stock control, stocktakes and keeping the parts area tidy and organised
• Following up on back orders and keeping customers in the loop

What we're looking for

• Previous parts experience in an automotive, truck or machinery environment (dealership experience is a bonus, not a must)
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Good attention to detail and confidence with computer systems
• A team player who stays calm when it gets busy
• A full New Zealand driver licence
• Current legal right to work in New Zealan
